printlogic is an integrated business management system for small and medium-sized commercial printers. It caters for printers using both digital and sheet-fed presses as well as print brokers.

Unlike most other business management packages for printers, printlogic comes pre-configured for standard two and four colour presses and pre-loaded with realistic prices for stock, film and most standard finishes. This means that you don't have the laborious task of typing in the information before printlogic generates realistic estimates - printlogic will produce reasonable figures straight away.

printlogic includes a state-of-the-art costing engine which is extremely flexible so as to accommodate even the most complex estimates. Estimates can be prepared using a Time and Materials basis, a Price List basis or the items and relevant prices can simply be typed in. All estimates are stored and can be easily accessed at any time.

All documentation generated using printlogic, such as estimates, purchase orders and invoices, can be fully customised to suit your individual style and requirements. The printlogic Support Team will help you to set up as many customised documents as you require at no extra cost.

printlogic documents can be produced as either Word documents or PDF files. Further, printlogic can deliver the documents as an attachment to an email directly. The content of the email can be fully customised according to your specific requirements at no extra cost.

Information can be exported from printlogic to any major accounts package (Sage, Opera, Quickbooks). If you are using an alternative accounts package, the printlogic Support Team will integrate printlogic with your accounts package at no extra cost.

printlogic is really easy to use. With just a short demonstration and no training most users can produce accurate estimates within 45 minutes of being introduced to the system.
